Cookie Stroll Fundraiser for the
Penrickton Center for Blind Children
On May 7, 2010, CMC had it's annual Cookie Stroll fundraiser. They were able to raise $1,300 for the Penrickton Center for Blind Children. It was a great fundraiser with a lot of help from the kids, their families, the staff, and other volunteer help. On Wednesday, May 12, Mrs. Tami was able to present the check to a child at Penrickton along with Mayor Jeff Lamarand. Below are some pictures from the visit to the center. We were also able to get some pictures at the Cookie Stroll.
Penrickton has 13 rooms for the children to sleep in at night:
